Surface Treatment & Maintenance
- Nitriding: Core process, nitrided layer thickness 0.25-0.5mm; welding slag does not easily adhere to the work surface and can be cleaned with a scraper or wire brush.
- Long-term disuse: Wipe the work surface clean and apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil to prevent rusting.
- Prohibited: Directly striking an arc on the work surface will burn it. A welding slag protection baffle is optional.
- Regular inspection: Check for wear on the locking pins and the levelness of the work surface. Worn parts can be replaced individually; the entire work surface does not need to be replaced.

- Packaging: Heavy-duty export solid wood fumigation-free wooden crate with internal foam protection to prevent damage during transportation
- Lead Time: Standard size: 15-20 working days; Custom non-standard size welding station: 20-30 working days

- Payment: Standard 30% prepayment, 70% balance due before shipment; L/C letter of credit accepted
