Different from cheap painting, black oxide and chrome plating surface treatment, we adopt secondary gas nitriding process for the whole tabletop and side walls:
- Pre-cleaning: Ultrasonic degreasing and high-temperature drying to remove all surface impurities to avoid soft spots on nitrided layer
- Nitriding penetration: Keep 510℃ strong nitriding + 550℃ diffusion heat preservation for 18-24 hours
- Uniform hardened layer: Total effective nitrided depth 0.25-0.4mm, surface hardness HV450-630

A: Blow off spatter and iron filings in holes with compressed air monthly. Wipe a thin layer of anti-rust oil if the table will stop working for a long time. Do not hit the tabletop with heavy sledgehammer or grind the nitrided surface frequently.
Q: Can I customize special table sizes or side heights?
